Four Months

Here's my big boy's stats:
Height: 2' 2.25" (92%)
Weight: 16lbs 10oz (76%)

When the doctor came in she goes: "Oh my gosh he's so big! He looks like a six month old!"
And he cried for not even 10 seconds from the shots; right when I picked him up he stopped. Momma's boy?? I think so.

Caleb doesn't mess around-- he wears size 6 months or up and even wears some 9 month stuff (mainly Carter's brand because they seem to run a little small).

He has slowly started weaning himself off the paci, which is good and bad. Now I don't have to worry about me trying to wean him when he's older, but it stinks that I can't just pop it in his mouth. But, he'll still take it if he's tired to help him fall asleep quicker, so that's good.

He is getting to be a great sleeper. If I keep him up until about 10 or 10:30, he'll sleep until 6 or 7. Then I'll feed him and back to sleep he goes until about 9:30. It's nice. I put him in his bed while he's awake all the time and let him fall asleep on his own. I cannot believe that I can do that with him already. I took until Ellie was probably 7 or 8 months old when I could do that on a regular basis. And I've been doing that since he was seriously 2 months old. But now I can do it pretty much every time, not just sometimes.  He's such a good little guy.

He loves his swing. Loves it. It puts him to sleep so quickly if I can't get him to go to sleep. He also loves his bouncer. Ellie liked it, but he loves it. It's great when I'm trying to get stuff done, to just let him hang out in there.
He's still a nursing champ (obviously from his weight) and eats about every 3 hours. It's funny because Ellie ate waaaay more than him, but only weighed 12 pounds at her 4 month check up (Caleb weighed that at his two month!) Just a little observation that every body is different and unique.

He went swimming for the first time in his life on Saturday night and I think it's safe to say he loved it.

He rolls and rolls and rolls. Without fail if I lay him on his back, he will role on his belly. Then after 5 minutes, he's sick of it and wants up.

He's such a good little boy; I'm so grateful to have been blessed to be his mom.
Love these two precious little ones.

He's always the happiest after he wakes up.

I try to give Caleb a bottle every once and while to make sure he's okay with taking it incase I need to go somewhere. I let Ellie give it to him and she was in heaven. Also, how chubby are his thighs?? YUM

I had him AND Ellie crackin' up when I was trying to get a picture of Caleb.
Here's what I was doing:
