You probably guessed from my awesome little clue there that Tristan and I are expecting!

I'm 12 weeks along and can now say I'm in my second trimester. I felt significantly more sick with this little one than with Ellie (and with her, I was hardly sick at all). To the point where it affected my normal routines. Not much vomiting--thank goodness--but not feeling so hot and pretty nauseated, and of course--tired. Thank goodness all of it hit after my clinical rotations were done. And for the most part, it's pretty much gone. Only a few weeks of it--I'm pretty lucky.

I have no clue if it's a boy or a girl, I keep thinking it's a girl, then I think it's a boy, then girl, then boy. Your guess is as good as mine.

Ultrasound at 8 weeks! Don't worry, Ellie looked like an alien too.

Coming March 2013 

We're mainly just excited at this point, I'm sure I'll start feeling nervous as I get further along. But for now, I'm just soaking it up. Ellie is soo excited, she points to my belly and says "baby!" already. And every time she sees a baby she wants to hold it, she waves, says "hi", points and says, "baby" over and over, it's adorable. 

She's going to be such a great older sister, there's no doubt about that.
