Ellie is 6 months!

My little sweetheart turned six months yesterday. I can't believe how big she is getting and how fast she is growing! So since it was her six month birthday, I decided that it was finally time to feed her some rice cereal. She is so cute and totally reached for it (no surprise, she reaches for everything); but she didn't really have any idea what was going on.

She loves both her grandma's, can't you tell? Look at that smile :).

She wanted to eat the rice cereal box, so I figured that was a good sign.

By the end of our attempted feeding she spilled the bowl of rice cereal all over herself (she knocked it out of my hand). She also managed to get the cereal all over herself even in spots where the bib covered her. Go figure.

She didn't really eat much cereal, but she sure tried to eat the bib!

She goes to get her shots on Friday, but she's such a tough girl, I'm not worried. Here's a few pictures from the past week of how much she is growing!

I painted her toenails for the first time today. It wasn't very easy because she was moving around so much, but look how cute they look!

It was also Trent's birthday yesterday, happy birthday!

And my little niece Allye's birthday as well, she just turned one. (She's 6 months in the picture)

And of course my best friend growing up, Callie's birthday. Love that girl to pieces.

And it's Brett's birthday today! Lots and lots of birthday's this week. I wish we could have been there for their birthdays! So it was an eventful day yesterday, with many more to come.
