Winter Wonder Land!

Rexburg is sooo pretty when it starts to snow, it looks like a completely different town! It's beautiful. Something else you should know about Rexburg; it's freezing! It's always at least 20 degrees colder than Utah and at least 50 degrees colder than California. (That's not even including windchill (thanks for correcting me Christie, I knew it sounded funny)). But for now, I'm enjoying being indoors and watching Rexburg turn into the charming winter wonder land that it will be for the next 4 months.

Tristan went out and bought a shovel so that I don't slip, since I tend to be very great at it. But he secretly also got it because he loves shoveling snow. Seriously. He loves everything about snow. Driving in it, shoveling it, walking in 6 inch deep parts of it, you name it, he loves it. Every morning he jumps out of bed and looks out the window to see if it snowed or how much it snowed. He's like a little kid in a candy shop. And I think it's so adorable.

I caught a snapshot of him enjoying the shoveling.
If you look closely you can see him smiling. See?? He loves it!
This was right after he got home from church, you may not be able to tell, but he's still in his suit, that's how much he loves it; I barely got him to change his shoes. Haha, love you Tristan!

  1. I love that you said "windshield" instead of "windchill". :-D
