The "After" Pictures

Well I finally was able to get some pictures of the baby's room. There are still a few things I want to add to it (especially since there isn't anything on the wall) but I'm so excited that we've pretty much got everything. If you notice there's a LOT of green, just the way I like it. I made the curtains and the crib comforter and Tristan painted the shelf and the rocking chair (no easy task). So I'm glad we each had our own touch into our little girl's room.

I'm not much of a seamstress (AT ALL), but it was super fun to make them especially because it was for Ellie. And apparently I married a carpenter, you rock Tristan. So other than all the fun that comes from preparing for a baby, we've really just been working and going to school. Tristan is doing really well in his classes, and I'm so unbelievably blessed with awesome teachers. It's been a great semester so far.

Unfortunately I have to work on Halloween (my last day of work at the assisted living home) so there won't be any super cool Halloweenie stuff going on for us. But we did get to carve pumpkins with some friends. Tristan made me an awesome ninja turtle pumpkin (if you look closely you can see Michaelangelo) because he knows I love them. He did so good. Thank you Tataipu's for the awesome time!
