We're graduates

Tristan and I graduated from BYU-Idaho on Friday (July 20th)! It's been a fun, looong road, but we're grateful to move on to the next phase of our life. We're so grateful for the all the support we've had and for the opportunity to go to such a great school.

Tristan graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Technology

Markie graduated with her Associates of Science in Nursing.

 

My girl Chandra. Wouldn't have survived without her. Also, did you know she had a baby 2 weeks ago?? She looks awesome, right?

Our little sweetie came and congratulated us after commencement. That girl is awesome, she's been so patient with us as we finish homework and assignments. We love you Ellie girl!

So grateful some family could be here to celebrate with us!

I am continuing my education through BYU-I as I have recently been accepted into the Bachelors of Nursing program. It will be online and quite a bit more low key than the Associates. But I've always had it in my mind that I need to get my Bachelors, and this program is really a great way to do that. One nursing class a semester, with much less clinical requirements--I'm pretty excited.

I know every single one of these people sooo well. And I would trust them as my nurse. Smart, kind, compassionate--everything a nurse should be. I'm so grateful to have had them apart of this experience. Not every semester gets as close as we are; we were definitely a special group.

Thank you EVERYONE who believed in us and helped us accomplish our goals! 
It's truly been a dream come true.
