Welcome to the world Ellie!!
Ellie Christine Turner
December 7th, 2010
6 pounds 1 ounce
19 and 1/2 inches long
After being dilated to a 5 and one C-section later,
out came this beauty :)
I'd go into detail about everything that happened, but it's quite a long story. I ended up having to have a C-section because her umbilical cord was going crazy all over her and every time I would have a contraction, her heart rate would drop. For some reason I already knew I was going to be having a C-section. And to be honest the actual surgery wasn't bad at all because when I heard her little cry, it was allll worth it (plus I balled, of course). The recovery part is was stinks. I wanted to take care of her right away, but I couldn't even get out of bed. All I have to say is that I couldn't have done any of this without my mom, husband, and family. (And also good old painkillers.)
She's already smiled and laughed (but it's pretty much always been in her sleep).
She is absolutely the most beautiful baby girl I've ever seen, but I'm her mother. I would do anything for this little girl.
She eats like a crazy person! To say the least, I've already lost a LOT of weight. So thank you for that Ellie. She likes to keep me up at night and hang out with me. Her yawns and sneezes are the most adorable thing I've ever seen. And she loves her daddy.
Love you Tristan and Ellie!
